@Amber I agree 100% Ben is a retard Ummm, I mean loosen up for sure.

It bothers me that our whole society has become so politically correct it has taken rights away from the larger part of the society to freely express ourselves.

I think that those who get so easily offended need to develop a bit of a tougher skin. It’s these kinds of knee jerk reactions – i.e. protesting a movie because they use the word retard, like, they don’t even hit a retard or anything! – that’s makes everyone else think this whole political correctness movement is a joke.

I say, use the word retard. Why should we not have the right to use affectionate pet names because someone will get offended!

1st I have to say that I have not figured out why this post showed up in my feedly feed today, a mere 9 days after you posted it. I must be doing it wrong or quite possibly my feed reader is retarded (see definition #2 before chasing me down plz kthnx)

2nd I represent the Flatulent Monkey Society and if you do not remove your remarks about farting monkeys we will be forced to take legal action.

Point well taken, we have spoken about this on many occasion.
Let’s not forget at one stage, not too long ago, the word ‘Retard’ was used commonly to refer to socially inept & mentally disabled people – and it wasn’t considered derogatory. So you can’t just allow us to use the word one decade and not the next… come on – loosen up!
I commonly call Ben ‘retard’ – it’s one of our many pet names – and he doesn’t seem to mind! (just look at my recent pics added to facebook and you’ll understand!)

So have you seen the movie? What’s the review?
